3. send the application form and the bank receipt to JFC (postal mail, fax, or e-mail)

Japan Flute Club Membership 
1. Member privilege:
- 20% discount on JFC publication 
- for the purchase of 5,000yen or more (without tax), 
   the domestic shipping cost or 50% of the overseas shipping cost is paid by JFC
- prompt notification of new JFC publication and music events sponsored by JFC
- discount and priority purchase of the ticket for music events sponsored by JFC

2. Annual membership fee:
  1,000yen (includes tax) for a primary member, 500yen per additional family member
