ALTES substitution page

I am very sorry for the ALTES Flute Method Vol.2 and 3 to have the blur of printing from quite before, and to make you trouble very much. The offprints were created, especially about the severe portion of a blur. Since score software is used, appearance differs from original ALTES a little.
